By 24 June 2026No Comments

Yesterday was a morning rich in exchanges during the DIGISPORT 2026 Forum. An unmissable event that brought together students, doctoral candidates, and key players in the sports and digital sector.

In the first part, we had the pleasure of listening to the thesis presentations of 4 DIGISPORT doctoral candidates:

Eglantine Le Chevert – Exploration and modeling of the links between physical activity, gut microbiota, and energy metabolism: new perspectives for physical performance and health in high-level athletes.
Léo Denouël
– Low environmental impact system for tracking a kayaker’s joint angles.
Léa Rion
– Digital support tools for adapted sports.
Corentin Depontailler – Study of the relationships between muscle activity, soft tissue changes, and movement strategies in people suffering from chronic low back pain, in order to facilitate their return to sport and physical activity.

Our speakers then took the floor to present their companies and the projects shaping the sport of tomorrow:

🔹 Victor Brossard, Director of resources and innovation at Trinoma: Movement analysis and modeling solutions.
🔹 Benjamin Niay, Research engineer at Ochy: Walking and running analysis solutions.
🔹 M. David Vega, Founder & CEO at Runningman: From athletic performance to digital health.
🔹 Remy Masson, Head of performance at Sport Bretagne, accompanied by Jules Travard and Camilo Cova Correa, students in the DIGISPORT Master of Digital Sciences and Sport currently interning at Sport Bretagne: Feedback on the testing of a “Dataviz” concept with the Roller Skating PE of Saint-Brieuc.
🔹 Bilel Chérif, Chair Hight at Heritech Group: Predictive AI at the service of sports decision-making.

The morning ended with a convivial moment conducive to discussion, opening the door to potential future collaborations.

A huge thank you to all the speakers, doctoral candidates, and participants for their contribution to the success of this event.
