On June 5th and 6th, DIGISPORT attended the “Hack My Life” event organized by Le Poool x La French Tech Rennes St-Malo as an official partner.
Participants had 24 hours to leverage generative AI to build a project solving real-world challenges in sports, healthcare, and beyond.
A huge congratulations to our PhD student, Oumaima Badi, and our alumnus from the Master in Digital Sport Sciences, Anthony Placé, who both truly stood out during this event.
Oumaima’s team notably secured 2nd place and Anthony’s team the 3rd place from the jury.
Oumaima and her team created MemorIA, an intelligent application designed to stimulate memory and cognitive engagement for isolated seniors. The goal is not to replace human interaction, but to build a friendly digital bridge between seniors and their families to overcome daily distance.
Anthony worked with his group on a project to create podcasts using AI, based on video content available on various platforms such as YouTube. Starting with videos suited to their level of knowledge, users can transform them into podcasts of increasing difficulty, in order to facilitate the learning of new skills.
