A look back at a day of total immersion for our Master 1 students during the Rugby Data Challenge, a collaboration between the French Rugby Federation and DIGISPORT.
Using a simulated dataset, students worked throughout the day to tackle a central question: How can player fitness be optimized to improve performance while minimizing injury risks?
Each group then presented their methodology, the indicators used, and their final conclusions.
